WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN A WORKSHOP?

Women on Wheels/Wise on Wheels offers FREE Workshops to participants across Australia. Women on Wheels is for women only, whilst Wise on Wheels Workshops are for both women and men.

We encourage our participants to participate and you are free to do as much or as little as you want. Hands-on participation is encouraged and we love questions! If you prefer to watch and learn, that is alright with us as well.

An evening with WoW is held in a clean and tidy workshop, and you will be provided with a workbook, light refreshments and a range of experts to talk you through the program.

WORKSTATIONS

We split you into 5 groups (let us know if you wish to be in the same group as someone you know) and at each of the workstations, you will be taken through particular aspects of the WoW workshop.
Learn about your car. From changing a tyre, a bumper underview of a car, an explanation of cooling and fuel, a run down of your oil and electrical system, through to air conditioning and emergency situations.

By the end of the night, we aim to have you empowered with the kind of knowledge that enables you to speak with service staff, manage easy maintenance and understand more about your own vehicle. We also encourage you to ask questions and most importantly to enjoy yourselves.

Usually you can expect to finish an evening with us at about 9.00pm. Upon completion of one of the WoW workshops, you will also be sent a completion certificate.

Please Note : Participants must be aged 15 years or over.
